Sauce for Chicken Tabaka
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Chicken tabaka is traditionally served with tasty sauces, adjika, and fresh herbs. The right sauce will enhance the flavor of the main dish, adding juiciness and new aromas. I suggest two sauce options for chicken—tomato-based and sour cream-based. Both are made with garlic and aromatic herbs. Since these sauces were prepared during winter, dried herbs were used, so the sauce needs time to steep and allow the herbs to release their aroma. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
