Description
Homemade sauce recipe. Many of you know that the classic version of this sauce includes anchovies, egg, and lemon juice. I decided not to deviate from that. I'll share with you the classic recipe. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Place all the ingredients except the oil into a convenient jar. Mix slightly.

Blend the sauce with a blender. That's it! Put the dressing in the refrigerator to chill.
