Bolognese sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The main ingredients for the sauce are tomatoes or tomato paste and ground meat. Every cook has their own version, which may differ in the choice of spices, type of meat, and other ingredients. This sauce is commonly served with pasta or lasagna, but it's equally delicious with cereals or potatoes. Serve hot.

4. Mix and slightly reduce the heat. After a few minutes, add tomatoes in their own juice, followed by tomato paste. Mix everything thoroughly and add a little sugar. Cook over low heat, covered, for 1–1.5 hours, adding a little water if needed. At the very end, add salt and sugar to taste (tomatoes may add some excess acidity).
