Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I present to you my version. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Wash the meat (in this case pork), dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder. You can also use ready-made minced meat.
- 2
Step 2

2. Peel the onion and carrot, then chop them.
- 3
Step 3

3. Set the "Sauté" program and heat vegetable oil in the bowl. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4
Step 4

4. Add the ground meat and wine to the bowl. Continue sautéing, stirring constantly to prevent large clumps from forming.
- 5
Step 5

5. Prepare tomato juice. You can use tomatoes passed through a meat grinder, for example, or tomato paste mixed with water (as a last resort).
- 6
Step 6

6. Pour the juice into the bowl, add salt, pepper to taste, and dried herbs. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover the multicooker with a lid and set the "Stewing" program. The time depends on the power of your appliance: from 40 to 90 minutes.
