Sauce
Description
Here is shown the classic version of the sauce, but you can vary it according to your taste by adding different spices and herbs. An important point: the butter added to the onions should be cold, straight from the refrigerator. Do not take it out in advance. It goes perfectly with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
