Gordon Ramsay's barbecue sauce
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. You can serve it as soon as it cools down, but I recommend chilling it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours—this makes it even more aromatic and flavorful. If you'd like a smoother consistency, blend it with an immersion blender. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
