
Sauté in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make sauté in a multicooker, chop all the vegetables and place them in layers into the bowl. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the bottom of the multicooker and over the vegetables on top. Season the layers with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Cook in "Stewing" mode for 45 minutes. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs before serving. The ready dish can be served at the table.
