Sautéed mushrooms
Description
The sautéed mushrooms turn out to be flavorful thanks to garlic and chili pepper. This is the essence of the appetizer: to stimulate the appetite before the main course. I got this sautéed mushroom recipe from my friend, a lover of mushroom dishes. Since then, my family and I have been delighted with this appetizer. By the way, it can also be served as a side dish—with meat or vegetable dishes.
