Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Zucchini sauté turns out simply excellent when cooked in a multicooker. Just a few simple steps: 1. First, prepare the vegetables: wash all vegetables, peel them, cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the tomatoes and zucchini into large pieces, and finely mince the garlic and hot pepper. 2. Place all the chopped vegetables, except for the hot pepper and garlic, into the multicooker bowl. Add salt to taste and pour in some vegetable oil. There's no need to add water, as the vegetables will cook in their own juice. 3. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode, close the lid, and cook for 45 minutes. Approximately halfway through, open the lid and stir once. 4. Mix in the hot pepper and garlic into the finished sauté, then let it steep for about 15 minutes. Juicy, aromatic, delicious, and satisfying zucchini sauté is quickly and easily prepared thanks to the multicooker. All that's left is to serve. The ready dish can be served at the table.
