
Bean Sauté
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Bean sauté is an excellent choice for a hearty, flavorful lunch or dinner. In this recipe, you can use dry beans that you’ve pre-cooked, or buy canned or frozen beans. This vegetable dish cooks quickly, without long heat processing. A bright, appetizing bean sauté can be served on its own or as a side with any meat or fish. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the onion and carrots well, peel them, and chop them. Place the vegetables on a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil and sauté them for 5–7 minutes.

Add julienned bell pepper.

Cut the tomato into wedges and place in the pan.

Add the green beans to the remaining ingredients.
