Sausages in Dough

Description

It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Even if you don't celebrate Halloween, be sure to make this fun and simple appetizer for a themed party—whether it's a children's birthday or a get-together with friends. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

   If you use ready-made puff pastry, you can make these sausages in just 20 minutes. You can use any sausages you like.

   Take a sheet of dough, roll it out thin, and cut it into long strips no more than a centimeter wide.

   Take a sausage and wrap it randomly with a strip of dough.

   Place the sausages on a baking sheet, then put them in the oven to bake for 15–20 minutes.

   Let the sausages cool, then make a "face": cut circles from the cheese and insert peppercorns into them. You can do it even simpler: make the eyes with ketchup or mustard.
