   Boil the sausages for three minutes and cut into pieces.

   Fry in vegetable oil until a golden crust forms.

   Place the sausages aside separately. Put butter in the frying pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic, and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.

   Add the curry and garam masala. After a minute, add the tomato paste. After another minute, add the flour and gradually pour in the broth.

   When it boils, you can add the sausages and bay leaf. Cook for 10 minutes.
