Sausages in yeast-free puff pastry baked in the oven
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Sausages wrapped in flaky, yeast-free pastry turn out just as good as in yeast dough. A perfect alternative to sandwiches, and the result is always wonderful! I highly recommend this quick and tasty snack at home, whether for a fast bite, a picnic outdoors, or simply a family tea time. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. You can use sausages of any size, the most important thing is that they are tasty and high quality.

Step 2

Remove the casing from all sausages.

Step 3

Roll out the thawed dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 3 mm thick. The final size of the rectangle will depend on the size and number of sausages. Cut the rectangle into long strips about 1.5–2 cm wide, according to the number of sausages. The length of the strips depends on the length of your sausages.

Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry. If the strips are long, you can wrap them overlapping.
