Description

Perfect for the table and with drinks. This type of appetizer should be served hot. You can cut each sausage in half. Serve however is most convenient for you. Serve with herbs and sauce.

    Remove the casing from the sausages.

    Cut the bacon into thin slices. You can buy pre-packaged, already sliced bacon. Prepare wooden skewers (toothpicks work well).

    Using toothpicks, secure two pieces of bacon on each sausage. If your bacon is long, wrap it around the sausage and secure with toothpicks.

    On a grill pan, grill the sausages on all sides.
