    1. Open the sausage package. Prepare the foil at once.

    2. Peel the sausages from their casing. Cut the foil into rectangles.

    3. Place the sausage on the edge of the foil and wrap it like a candy.

    5. When the firewood in the brazier has burned out and there is no flame, throw the hot sausages onto the hot coals. Using tongs, turn them over a couple of times. Sausages grill very quickly on the coals, for up to 10 minutes.
