Sausages in a frying pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, we won't deny the classic method of cooking sausages in a pan, where everything is chopped into uniform pieces and cooked extremely quickly—it's good for its "efficiency." But I'd feel quite embarrassed sharing such a recipe with you. So instead, I'm sharing a recipe for pan-fried sausages with an original presentation. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Peel the sausages, slice half of them into rounds, and leave the other half whole.
- 2
Step 2

2. Do the same with the onion: chop part of it finely and slice the other part into half-rings.

Step 3

3. Fry the chopped onion and sausages separately, and also fry the "larger pieces" separately. Add a little soy sauce to both, so that the onion darkens.

Step 4

4. Serve with any side dish. Place the side dish at the bottom of the plate, then add the chopped sausages, and arrange whole sausage halves on top for decoration. Ready!
