Milk sausages
Description
You can use any type of meat to make sausages: chicken or turkey, as well as pork or beef. Poultry is suitable if you want a more diet-friendly dish, while the others are better for a more filling meal. Perfect for breakfast and dinner, and you can also take them outdoors to grill over a barbecue.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
We start by preparing the minced meat. Wash the meat, cut it into pieces, and pass it through a meat grinder at least three times to make the mince as fine as possible and free of lumps.
- 2
Step 2
Next, add egg, spices, and salt to the meat mixture and mix. Then pour in the milk and gradually mix. The meat mixture should not be dry.
- 3
Step 3
To make the filling juicy, we need to place it in the refrigerator overnight and chill it thoroughly, and only then start cooking.
- 4
Step 4
Next, shape the sausages. For this, you need a mincer nozzle with a tap. Fill the casings with the meat mixture, but not too tightly or densely, otherwise all the filling will come out of the sausage during cooking.
- 5
Step 5
Form sausages of the desired size and length, tightly tying the ends of the casing with strings. Before boiling, prick the casing in several places with a needle to allow air to escape and prevent the casing from bursting.

Step 6
Sausages should be boiled for 30 minutes.
