
Blueberry Sorbet
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Blueberry sorbet can be made using either fresh or frozen berries. This dessert is low-calorie and very simple and quick to prepare. Instead of lemon, you can use lime. This blueberry sorbet is perfect for hot weather. Serve chilled.

1. In a saucepan, mix pomegranate juice and sugar. Place over low heat. Add the zest of one lemon to the saucepan.

2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the saucepan as well.

3. Heat the juice with sugar over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.

4. Wash the blueberries and remove the leaves.

5. Puree the blueberries in a food processor or blender.

6. In a separate bowl or saucepan, mix the berry mixture and syrup. Chill.
