Description
The finished products are not at all like the bread we're used to, nor do they resemble flatbreads. They are more similar to flaky buns, but completely unsweetened. Serve them with a main hot dish, soup, or with tea, spread with jam on top. For now, read more about it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. In a deep bowl, mix the flour with baking soda, sugar, and salt.

2. Then pour in warm milk and water.

3. Mix the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands. Shape into a ball.

4. Then cut it into 4 equal parts.

5. Roll out each piece, then cut each into 6 parts.

6. Heat the fryer with oil or a saucepan. Place the pieces of dough into it.

7. Fry the bread for 3 minutes on each side. For serving with tea, you can sprinkle the pieces with sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy!
