Steamed catfish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Let's prepare catfish steamed at home. For the marinade, I used cranberries, lemon juice, and salt. Grind all ingredients, then "bathe" the fish steaks in the marinade and let them marinate for 1 hour. Cook in a steamer for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with herbs and a light side dish. Good luck!
