Savory homemade baked goods
Description
As a rule, when we hear the word "baking," we immediately picture sweet, fluffy, and aromatic pies or buns. However, there is a wide variety of savory baked goods as well. For instance, I particularly enjoy open pies with vegetables and/or meat. Today, I'd like to share one of the most frequent guests at my family's table—a vegetable tart with ricotta on puff pastry.

Heat a skillet with olive oil. Add garlic pressed through a garlic press. Also add rosemary and diced bell pepper and zucchini. Sauté over medium heat for 4 minutes. Then add thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for another 3 minutes and transfer the cooked vegetables to a plate.
