
Solyanka with sausages in a multicooker
Description
The recipe is easy, even a beginner can handle it. If you want to make a classic solyanka with its characteristic tangy, sour flavor, use sauerkraut. A good result is achieved by combining different types of cabbage. You can optionally add pickled cucumbers, mushrooms, capers, prunes, or olives to the solyanka.

To prepare sausage solyanka, gather the ingredients. You can use any type of sausages. For a spicy smoky flavor, add smoked hunter's sausages or sausages with hard cheese. For a lighter version, use poultry sausages or soy-based sausages.

To prepare solyanka, use a multicooker to save time and make the cooking process easier. To add ingredients, remove the container from the device. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom.

Peel the onion, garlic, and carrots. Cut the carrots into strips, slice the onion into half-rings. Finely chop the garlic.
