Description

The baking process is simple and quick. Add dates to the milk and let stand for 15 minutes. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and walnuts in a bowl. Beat the egg, then combine the melted butter and orange zest with the milk mixture. Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients with the orange pulp. Grease an 18 cm baking pan with butter. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes, until golden brown. Store the cake in an airtight container for no more than 2 days. Slice before serving. Serve with tea or coffee.
