Salted Birch Boletes

Description
Winter preserves made at home. Here is a classic recipe for salted orange-cap boletes. Pay special attention to cleaning the mushrooms. If you think the mushroom stems are in poor condition, it is better to cut them off and salt only the caps — there is a risk that orange-cap boletes salted whole will turn bitter. Good luck. Jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
