Salted Cucumbers in One Hour
Description
A preservation recipe without unnecessary fuss. One-hour pickles actually reach their best condition after 3 hours. Of course, if you’re in a hurry, you can serve them after just one hour—they’ll still be tasty. Or you can leave them overnight; they’ll be even better :) In short, try them yourself, and when you think the cucumbers are tasty enough, you can serve them. My friends often make one-hour pickles for summer picnics outdoors. I learned too—it’s very handy when a picnic comes together unexpectedly and there’s no time to make lightly salted cucumbers. One-hour pickles should be eaten right away; it’s better not to keep them for long. Good luck! Jars can be stored for up to a year in a cool place.
