
Salted Caramels

The recipe won't take much time. It's simple and very delicious! You definitely should make it, even together with children. Serve chilled.

Line a baking sheet with foil, then place the cookies on top.

In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Melt and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for about 2 minutes. Pour the caramel mixture over the crackers and spread evenly with a spoon.

Bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the surface. Put back into the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the chips. Remove and spread the chocolate evenly.

Cool for about 30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for an hour to let the chocolate harden. Remove from the fridge. Peel off the foil and break into pieces. So delicious!
