
Salted Mushrooms
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Clean and rinse the mushrooms, then boil them for half an hour in salted water. Pack the mushrooms into sterilized jars. Prepare the brine and pour it into the jars. Cover with lids, sterilize in boiling water for 20 minutes, then seal, cool, and put away for storage. Wishing you successful preserving! Serve at the table or keep in the pantry.

Clean and rinse the mushrooms.

Place them in a pot and boil in salted water for half an hour after the water comes to a boil.

Then drain them in a colander and pack into sterilized jars. Add 1–2 cloves of garlic to each jar.

Bring the water to a boil, add salt, sugar, peppercorns, and bay leaf. Let it boil for one minute, then remove from the heat and add vinegar. Pour this brine over the mushrooms and cover with lids. Sterilize them in boiling water for 20 minutes, then seal, cool, and store.
