
Grape-apple juice for winter storage
Description
The juice turns out rich, sweet, with a slight tartness, and very aromatic. To make grape juice, you need a press juicer suitable for seeded berries. Apples can be processed through any juicer. The drink is ready to serve.

Prepare the fruits and sugar.

Wash the grapes and remove them from the stems.

We squeeze grape juice.

Peel the apples, cut them, and process through a juicer. If using an electric juicer, the juice will be foamy, but during cooking the foam will rise to the surface and can be easily removed.

Combine grape and apple juice. Place the pot on the stove.

Before boiling, foam rises to the surface; remove it and simmer the juice over low heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Add sugar to taste. My grapes are slightly tart, so sugar is needed. If all the fruits are very sweet, do not add sugar.

Pour the boiling juice into sterile jars and seal. Grape and apple juice is ready for winter. Drink it to your health.
