Thoroughly wash the apples. Cut each into 4 pieces and remove the cores. Slice the apples into medium-sized pieces that are easy to process.

Pass the prepared apples through a juicer.

Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan and let it sit for 5 minutes. During this time, a thick foam of pulp will form on the surface. Carefully skim it off with a spoon.
