Here is the simplest recipe for preparing soy meat in a multicooker. It's important to understand that no soy can compare to a real piece of meat, but it still turns out quite tasty! The soy meat is cooked in the multicooker with vegetables and served as a main dish. Mashed potatoes make a great side dish. Good luck!

Soak the pieces of soy meat in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze the soy.

Set the multicooker to the "Frying" mode, pour in the vegetable oil, and after a couple of minutes add the soy meat. Fry until golden brown.

Dice the onion and carrot, then add them to the meat. Also add salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and cook until the vegetables turn a nice golden color.

Now add the tomatoes, cut them. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
