Juicy beef steak
Description
To prepare a juicy beef steak, first find fresh, young beef. Cut the meat across the grain into pieces 2.5–3 cm thick, which is optimal for a steak. My recipe is quite original and time-consuming. If you don't have three days for experimenting, marinate the beef overnight or for 4 hours. You can use soy sauce, wine, lemon, vinegar, onion, or even kiwi—they all help break down the muscle fibers quite well. Experiment! Beef is very nutritious, and you should learn how to cook it properly! Good luck and
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the beef into portion pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Wrap each piece tightly in plastic wrap and let it mature in the refrigerator for three days.
- 3
Step 3

The meat is considered done if it leaves indentations when pressed with a finger.
- 4
Step 4

Pat each piece dry with a paper towel.
- 5
Step 5

Sear the steak for 10 minutes, turning it every 2.5 minutes. Season the cooked steak with salt and pepper, then wrap it in foil.
- 6
Step 6

Let the meat rest in foil for 10 minutes; it should remain hot. If you like your steak rare, serve it as is; otherwise, place the steak in foil into the oven to finish cooking.

Step 7

Serve at the table.
