Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. This may not be quite the classic recipe, but the meat turns out really juicy and incredibly delicious. Marjoram is used here as the herb.
- 2
Step 2

2. Wash the pork, dry it, and cut into portion pieces, but do not cut all the way through to the end. This way the meat will be juicier and will hold its shape better during baking.

Step 3

3. Pass the peeled garlic through a press, then mix it with the chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper, and rub the mixture into a uniform paste. Use this paste to thoroughly coat the meat on all sides. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours (you can marinate it in advance and leave it overnight).

Step 4

4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Squeeze the juice from an orange. It will give the meat extra juiciness and a pleasant sweet-sour note.
- 5
Step 5

5. Place the pork in an oven bag, add the juice, and seal the edges. Bake in the oven for approximately 65-75 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

6. You can shake the bag during baking. Afterwards, carefully open it and let the pork brown, basting it with the juices.

Step 7

7. This is the beautiful result. Impossible to resist.
