Juicy meatballs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'd like to mention right away—this recipe does not include rice, but that doesn't mean you can't use it. We simply prefer to eat these meatballs with a side dish or plenty of fresh bread, perfect for soaking up the delicious sauce. If the meatballs already contain rice, it becomes too "carby" for our taste. However, if you plan to serve the meatballs without a side dish, feel free to add half to one cup of medium-grain rice, cooked until half-done, directly into the meat mixture. Just remember, in that case, you'll need to add more salt. I hope you find this simple recipe for juicy meatballs useful. Serve hot.
