Juicy chicken fillet in the oven
Description
Chicken breast is very low in fat and has no skin, so it often turns out dry when baked or fried. Thanks to my cooking method, the breast will be juicy inside, but it won't have a golden crust. I bake it with parchment paper, which serves the function of the missing skin.
