Scones with cherries
Description
Sochniki are made from short‑crust pastry dough that must contain sour cream. It is the sour cream that gives them softness and tenderness. The recipe is fairly simple, but like every dish it requires being prepared with love. Place the finished sochniki in a pot and cover with a lid. Soon they will become soft and fluffy. Good luck to you. Serve them warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
