1. In a deep bowl, combine the ingredients for the dough: flour, egg, sugar, oil. Add a pinch of salt and baking powder.

2. Mix everything, knead the dough, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare the filling. Mix the cottage cheese, flour, sour cream, powdered sugar, and half of the egg yolk.

4. Mix everything until smooth.

5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. First roll each part into a sausage shape, then roll out into a flat round. Place the filling on it and carefully fold the dough in half, as shown in the photo.

6. Beat the previously set aside half egg yolk with a spoonful of water or milk. Brush the "Sochniki" with the mixture using a brush and place in the oven. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
