Description
My grandmother used to make these syrniki, and for me, they were the most delicious treat of my childhood. Tasty, soft, with a juicy filling. Anyway, they're definitely worth making.

1. Beat the egg with sugar, add flour, softened butter, and sour cream. Knead a soft dough.

2. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with sugar, egg, and flour using a blender.

3. Divide the dough into two parts, roll each into a sausage shape, and cut them into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into an oval-shaped flatbread, place a teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold one edge over the filling and gently press the edges of the pastry together. Brush the top with egg white.

4. Bake the syrniki in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
