Juicy pork in foil in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Thanks to the foil, the meat cooks in its own juices and turns out so tender and juicy. Instead of foil, you can use a roasting bag (in my opinion, even better), so all the juices will stay inside and can be used to drizzle over the side dish. You can also marinate the meat if desired (grape juice, vinegar, mayonnaise, tomatoes, etc.). Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Cooking meat with this recipe is very simple. You will need: pork, carrots, garlic, spices, salt, and foil. The list of ingredients is minimal.

Step 2

2. Before putting the meat in the oven, it should be rubbed with spices and salt. I usually use: nutmeg, allspice, cumin, coriander, cloves, and white pepper. I mix all these spices together and rub them into the meat.

Step 3

3. After that, I make holes randomly all over the surface of the pork and insert carrots and garlic into them.

Step 4

4. Wrap the meat in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours, reducing the heat after 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly after baking.

Step 5

5. As a result of baking the meat in foil, you get juicy pork in the oven at home. Since it cooks in its own juices inside the foil, it turns out so tender and succulent. Slice and serve.
