Juicy pork in foil with onions and bell peppers
Description
Pork prepared this way will be a wonderful natural substitute for sausage. Aromatic, juicy, and slices beautifully into thin pieces.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the pork under icy water and dry thoroughly. Heat a grill pan and sear the meat on all sides until a golden-brown crust forms.
- 2
Step 2

Fold a sheet of foil in half, place a thin layer of onion and chopped pepper inside. Put the fried meat on top and spread it with grainy mustard.
- 3
Step 3

Season with salt and pepper, add more pepper and onion on top. Add a couple of thyme sprigs and a sprig of rosemary.
- 4
Step 4

Tightly wrap the meat in foil and bake at 90 degrees for 45 minutes. You can bake it in the oven. I baked it in a multicooker equipped with a multi-cook function.
- 5
Step 5

Let the cooked meat rest in the foil for about 15 minutes, then serve it hot with any side dish. Alternatively, cool the meat without unwrapping the foil, then refrigerate.
- 6
Step 6

Use the cooled meat for sandwiches or slicing.
