Description
Soba is buckwheat noodles, and their flavor is perfectly showcased in this dish. You can use any seafood in any proportions, the same goes for the vegetables. The dish will get a special Asian flavor from sesame oil. But if you don't have it, don't worry—the dish will still be delicious. The recipe is simple and the cooking process is quick.

Cook the buckwheat noodles according to the package instructions in slightly salted water, but no longer than 5 minutes. Then drain in a colander.

Pour oil into a skillet, heat well, and add minced garlic. Fry for just a minute.

Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.

Add the pepper to the garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, stirring.

Separate the broccoli into florets and place in a frying pan. Fry for about 2 minutes.

Peel the shrimp and remove the membrane from the squid. Cut the squid into rings and the octopus tentacles into pieces. Add to the vegetables.
