Cottage cheese snowman
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Perhaps no other New Year's dessert creates such a sensation among our children or our guests' children as this cottage cheese snowman. This dessert is especially loved by young kids—when made carefully, the snowman turns out so beautiful that children don't immediately realize it's completely edible. And the delight they experience while eating it is indescribable :) The finished dessert can now be served at the table.

First, soak the raisins in hot water.

Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with vanilla and sugar.

Mix until smooth.

Roll the resulting curd mixture into balls of various sizes.

The smallest ball is the head. Make the snowman's eyes from raisins and the nose from a piece of apple.

Dip the snowman's head into cocoa – this will be his hair.

Again, we make the snowman's arms from apples.

Using the remaining cottage cheese, create a mound to make it look realistic, where the snowman will stand.

Well, all that's left is to assemble our snowman. We'll make the buttons out of raisins, insert the arms, and put a cinnamon stick in the snowman's hands. Beautiful! :)
