Smoothie in a blender for weight loss
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Everything in this smoothie is healthy! Blueberries are rich in vitamin C, bananas provide potassium, while spinach and yogurt benefit the digestive system. By the way, spinach is also high in vitamin C. This smoothie not only aids weight loss, but also contains a range of antioxidants, making it helpful for those starting to develop fine lines. To prepare this weight-loss smoothie in a blender, you can replace almond milk with kefir, buttermilk, or regular low-fat milk (I agree—almond milk isn't always easy to find and can be quite expensive). Unfortunately, chia or sage seeds aren't very common where we live, which is a pity since they're a great source of Omega-3. You can substitute them with flax seeds. Serve and enjoy.
