Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. The smoothie perfectly quenches thirst and hunger. If the watermelon is not sweet enough or the kiwi is too sour, add powdered sugar when whipping the cream. In hot weather, you can add ice to the watermelon juice. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the "Watermelon Slice" smoothie. Remove the seeds from the watermelon flesh, and wash the prunes, then soak them in hot water for 5 minutes.

Blend the watermelon flesh until smooth. Finely chop the prunes and add them to the watermelon mixture.

Pour watermelon juice with prunes into glasses. Whip coconut cream into a fluffy foam and spoon it over the watermelon mixture.

Wash and peel the kiwi, then blend into a puree. Carefully spread the kiwi puree on top so it doesn't sink or mix in. Serve immediately.
