Blackcurrant cake with kefir
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The blackcurrant cake on kefir can also be baked in the oven. To do this, pour the prepared batter into a pan lined with parchment paper or greased with oil (vegetable or butter), and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
