Description

Then combine with beaten egg whites and blackcurrant purée. Mix the mixture with a blender and pour into a mold. Once the soufflé has cooled slightly, place it in the freezer for several hours to set. Then remove, cut into portions, and serve. Enjoy your meal!

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Rub the currants into a puree. Pour water over the agar and mix with cane sugar, then bring to a boil over low heat. Simmer for 2-4 minutes. Mix the egg whites with the hot agar syrup, beat, and immediately add the currant puree. Beat thoroughly using a mixer.

Transfer the blackcurrant soufflé to a mold, let it cool slightly. Then refrigerate until set.
