Description
A simple preservation recipe with no unnecessary complications. The strawberry fruit leather recipe is as follows: 1. Sort through the strawberries, wash them, and place them in a basin or pot. 2. Cover the berries with sugar and let them sit until the juice is released. 3. Cook the berries in the syrup that has formed. 4. Reduce the mixture significantly, stirring constantly. 5. When ready, the fruit leather pulls away easily from the cookware it was cooked in. 6. At the end of cooking, stir in chopped nuts. 7. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the mixture on them. 8. Let the mixture air-dry until done. That's all :) Now you know. Serve at the table or store in the pantry.
