Sour cream pie with currants
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. At our home, we also call it "crumb cake" — this sour cream cake with berries. By the way, you can use any berries. For making this sour cream cake with currants, I use frozen black currants (when fresh ones aren't available). Use sour cream that's not too high in fat, so the cake turns out lighter. Check out the recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
