Sour cream cream with agar-agar
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's very easy and simple to make a sour cream cream using agar-agar and sour cream of any fat content. Be sure to let the syrup cool to the right temperature so the sour cream doesn't curdle when mixed in, then place it in the refrigerator until it fully thickens. Serve the finished dessert chilled.
