Sour cream jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Any home cook can easily prepare this layered jelly! The dessert will be low-calorie if you use low-fat cream. You can experiment a bit with the jelly color by using blueberries or raspberries instead of cherries. I recommend pouring the jelly into silicone molds, as they make it easier to remove before serving. Each layer will need about 20 minutes to set. Serve chilled.

1. First, soak the gelatin in cold water and heat it in a water bath to a temperature of 60 degrees.

Step 3

3. Next, add sugar and the remaining gelatin to the sour cream and mix well. Place the sour cream over heat and warm to 60 degrees (over low heat, stirring constantly). It should become smooth and more liquid.

Step 4

4. Next, divide the sour cream into three parts: add coffee to one part, cocoa to the second, and vanilla sugar to the third. Mix each part well.

Step 5

5. Next, pour the layers sequentially into the molds, placing each layer into the refrigerator until it sets. Once the final layer has set, the jelly is ready to eat. To remove the jelly, place the molds in warm water for 15-20 seconds.
