
Sour cream and cheese sauce

1. The variety of sauces in modern cuisine is impressive. They are quick to prepare and perfectly complement any dish. I suggest making a sour cream and cheese sauce that goes well with meat or poultry, and even with sausages and other processed meats. We'll need just a few simple ingredients for this.

2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.

3. As soon as the butter melts, add a couple of pinches of flour.

4. Then add the broth (or water, if broth is unavailable) and sour cream, and bring the sauce to a boil.

5. Cut the processed cheese into cubes and add it to our sauce, which is about to start boiling.

6. When the cheese has completely melted, add the dried garlic.

7. And the final touch — fresh herbs (dill goes best with this sauce). Mix everything, simmer for another minute, then remove from heat.

8. Immediately pour the sour cream-cheese sauce into a ramekin or onto the dish with which we will serve it.
